This is going to be a three part tutorial on how to set up OctaMED Sound Studio to be used as an input/output controller for the MicroKorg Synth, and the Akai XR20 Drum Machine.
The cool part is that you can assign three separate MIDI channels to control the XR20, in which case you can control the DRUM, 1 SHOT, and SYNTH samples independently as if they were three separate instruments, thus giving you a total of four (not counting iff and wav samples used on the Amiga) instruments!

Just tried the samples on the miggie, the quality is very good on most them (especially for 8 bits)... Smilie

Only ones I would say could do with resampling again are the Chime, Piano & Trumpet as they have a tiny wee bit of distortion in them as they sound like their clipping (usually caused by recording them at too high a volume)... Smilie

PS: Your voice in the video sounds "older" than I expected (if that makes any sense)... Wink
